The Opportunity
A leading organisation undergoing a major Agile transformation is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer for a 12-month contract. You will play a central role in a large-scale Agile Release Train, driving collaboration, continuous delivery, and value flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning, ART syncs, and system demos

• Drive value flow using SAFe, Kanban, and related Agile frameworks

• Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team alignment

• Champion Agile best practices and coach teams across the ART

• Lead Inspect & Adapt sessions and continuous improvement initiatives

Ideal Candidate

• Proven RTE experience in complex enterprise environments

• Strong knowledge of SAFe; SAFe RTE certification highly desirable

• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, etc.)

• Able to influence and lead without formal authority
